SECRETARY

Job Description :
  • Perform daily administration and secretarial support. Manage meeting schedules and minutes of meeting, business correspondence and travel arrangement.
Job Requirement :
  1. Possess PSC/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent. Fresh graduates will be considered
  2. Good interpersonal and communication skills with pleasant personality
  3. Must be competent in computer skill especially in MS Words and MS Excel
  4. Proficient in English and Mandarin
  5. Possess high sense of confidentiality and strong co-ordination skill
