The U.S. Embassy in Bandar Seri Begawan is seeking dynamic, diplomatic and detail-oriented individual for the following position:
1. RSO Office Management Assistant
Duties: Incumbent serves as the Office Management Specialist (DMS) to the Regional Security Officer. She/he needs to coordinate information and track security issues, implement and maintain classified and unclassified records system and also serves as quality control officer.
Requirements:
- Completion of at least 2 years of college
- At least 3 years of managerial or general office environment experience
- Level IV (Fluent) English in reading/speaking/writing are required
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work independently and must be motivated to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
- Must also be able to obtain and hold a Top Secret security clearance. Therefore only American citizens will be considered for this vacancy
Candidates must be able to pass a medical checkup and obtain relevant pass to work in Brunei.
