Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will be involved in:

• The management of the Joint Ventures operated by TOTAL in Brunei Darussalam, involving relationships with the partners and the regulators.
• Negotiations of a series of key agreement with the mandate and on behalf of the JV partners.
• Strategic studies on behalf of the Business Development, Strategy and Planning Manager.

Requirements:

The successful candidate must have a master degree in Engineering or Business & Administration or Law, 3 to 5 years experience with preferably an exposure to the oil and gas industry (economics, operations & business). High synthesis (Order and method) capabilities. Superior interpersonal relationships abilities, management & leadership abilities, capacity to work in a dynamic international environment.

Human Resources Development Officer

The Human Resource Development Officer will be responsible for providing effective services to Company on all aspects of HR activities. In particular :

• Keep all HR procedures and data-bases up-to-date
• Follow-up any recruitment process
• Assist the development & implementation of terms & conditions of employment of the employees (local & expatriates)
• Run training and development programs
• Ensure efficient and effective administration service is provided

Requirements:

The successful candidate must have Degree in Human Resources, Business & Administration or Law, 3 to 5 years experience with preferably an exposure to the oil & gas industry. Superior interpersonal relationships abilities, achievement orientation, knowledge acquisition an application, ability to work in a dynamic international environment.
