At our Brunei location, we are looking for:

1. Quality Assurance & Quality Control Coordinator

• Provide leadership and direction to management and the organisation to ensure the continual improvement of the company's Quality Assurance key work activities. At the same time, to implement tools and infrastructure to build a robust Quality Control Plan in all processes and procedures
• Assist in the development of inspection techniques, quality control plans or process control procedures that will ensure the products meet quality specifications and standards
• Assist in the investigation of product defects and failures and recommend modification in product, processes or quality standards where such appear to be warranted
• Participate in the establishment of quality specification and standards for Weatherford products
• Confer with engineers in coordinating the quality plans in conformance with customer requirements, engineering specifications and production schedules
• Conduct QA/QC related training to ensure quality processes are understood and followed
• Regularly conduct process specific audits to internal & external clients/suppliers to ensure compliance and relevancy to the current situation
